1116 (Woodley) Sqn have recently been busy raising funds and purchased some raft building equipment which was recently used for the first time on a Squadron run team building activity at a local lake in Woodley.
The Cadets had to work together to design, build and sail the raft though a series of challenges. This was a very successful first trial and will be a frequent activity on the Sqn training programme.
FS Chris Harding of Woodley Squadron who organised the event said “the cadets were very excited to try this new activity, they worked well together to design and build the raft taking to it like a duck to water.”
